Description:

Position Details:

  • Drive assigned Tractor/tanker trailer to pick up propane and deliver to assigned facilities
  • Safely and efficiently transfer product between transport and bulk storage
  • Perform required daily vehicle inspections
  • Maintain active drivers license, medical card and truck operation in full compliance with DOT laws.

Seasonal Store Associate

Position Details:

  • Has active involvement in customer contact to ensure continual opportunities for new, additional business which is profitable.
  • Providing customer service to phone customers as well as customers within the store, greeting customers on arrival.
  • Enters product orders for customer pick up or delivery. Provides quotes for future projects
  • Assist in the implementation of store sales programs reporting the activities and results to the Store Manager.
  • Reconciles the cash drawer when assigned as well as preparing the bank deposit as assigned.
  • Assists in performing modified cycle counting reporting any low inventory results.

Accounts Payable Clerk

Position Details:

  • Ensures the promotion of a positive image of the company by exercising sound and ethical business practices as related to its employees, customers, vendors and the general public.
  • Receives invoices daily, verify accuracy, obtain proper approval, code to appropriate GL account and enter into accounting software.
  • Handle vendor inquiries regarding invoice payments, late payments, outstanding checks and resolve vendor discrepancies.
  • Enter approved new vendor information into accounting software. Determine if 1099 vendor, manage address and other vendor changes. Determine and enter vendor GL code if applicable.
  • Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
  • Review automatic payments to ensure correct coding and authorization as well as sufficient contracts and documentation.
  • Utilize early pay discounts and avoid late fees.
  • Weekly check runs, attach invoices to check stub and present to Finance Manager for signature.
  • Assemble checks with remittance advice and mail in a timely manner.
  • Maintain annual AP vendor files.
  • Perform intercompany journal entries related to vendor invoices.
  • Continually seek methods of controlling and reducing costs.

  • Managing Shipments, covering loads, working with carriers for good spot rates and booking shipments.

  • M-F – 7am-3:30pm (Some flexibility)
