• Highly motivated and able to work under time constraints
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings
• Detail oriented, mechanically inclined, able to lift 50-60 lbs.
• Desire to learn our process and a strong commitment to quality and safety
• Able to pass a 5 Panel Drug Test (urinalysis)
• Able to pass a back and extremity medical exam
