Field Operator
Position Details
- Take work directions from the Field Foremen
- Assist with essential daily and preventative maintenance of field equipment
- Operate excavator, skid loader, off-road dump truck and other equipment
- Assist in loading trucks
- Help to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist in problem-solving as issues that may arise
- Interact with property owners to make sure expectations are being met
Requirements
Required
- Ability to operate various types of equipment or ability to learn
- Positive Team Player
- Communicative and organized
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Equipment operation experience, 1 year
Preferred
- Commercial Driver’s License, DOT Medical Certificate
- 3 years of equipment operating experience
