Plaisted Accublender™
Consistent Engineered Soils – Guaranteed At Plaisted Companies, Inc., we understand the importance of precise measurement and blending in creating high-quality, consistent engineered soils. Since the creation of our Accublender™ in 1995, we have been meeting and exceeding customer demands for reliable soil blends. Our advanced technology allows you to select from standard mixes or customize a blend by specifying the exact percentages of each component.
Precision Blending Process
Our Accublender™ technology ensures uniformity and quality in every batch. The blending process involves placing each ingredient into separate bins. These ingredients are then precisely fed onto the Accublender™ belt, layering one on top of the other. As they fall through special screens and paddles, the ingredients are thoroughly blended, resulting in a consistent product every time.
Key features of the Accublender™ include:
- Mechanical Paddle Wheel: Ensures uniform mixing.
- On-Board Screen Deck: Removes oversized particles.
- Automatic Flow Rate Adjustment: Maintains consistent blending.
- Built-in Sensors: Stop the conveyor belt if feed bins run out of material.
High-Capacity Blending
The Accublender™ 4 can blend up to four components and includes an optional fertilizer bin. This high-capacity equipment can precisely blend up to 2,500 tons of material per day, making it ideal for large-scale projects. Our soil experts are available to help determine the best blends for your specific application.
