Estimator/Project Manager
Position Details
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and drawings to determine project scope and cost estimates.
- Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to source options and negotiate pricing terms.
- Assess material, labor, and associated costs to provide accurate estimates.
- Stay informed and up to date about market pricing and industry trends.
- Assist in contract negotiations and evaluate change orders.
- Conduct face-to-face sales calls with both new and existing customers.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of masonry products, methods, and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
