Support the sales department by accurately and promptly entering quotes, customer orders, or projects into the system.
Maintain organized records and documentation related to sales activities.
Gather new contact information for mailings or emails, send our product guide to current customers, and follow up with phone calls to ensure they received the information and to address any questions.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
Answer sales phone calls, input orders, and compile submission information for contract requests.
Assist in developing sales prospects and leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, orders, and sales activities.
Prepare and organize sales materials, such as brochures, presentations, and samples.
Provide marketing support by prospecting new leads, evaluating the potential of market niches, and gathering statistical data on target markets.
Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events and activities.
Requirements
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer relations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and independently.
Prior customer support and/or sales assistant experience
Experience in APEX Software is a plus but not necessary.
