Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on accountability and results.
- Set clear performance expectations and track results through scorecards, CRM reporting, and analytics.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement.
Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute annual and long-term sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new markets, verticals, and strategic opportunities for expansion.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Sales Process & Systems
- Implement and optimize CRM systems to ensure pipeline visibility and data accuracy.
- Build scalable sales processes that improve efficiency and consistency across the team.
- Utilize data, analytics, and AI tools to improve forecasting, targeting, and performance.
Marketing & Business Development
- Partner with marketing to drive lead generation, campaigns, and brand positioning.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and pricing strategy development.
- Support prospecting efforts and assist in closing high-value opportunities.
Operational Collaboration
- Work closely with Dispatch, Operations, and Accounting to ensure customer success.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to leadership.
- Contribute to budgeting, strategic planning, and company-wide initiatives.
