Landscape Store Associate
Position Details
- Greeting customers and providing outstanding in-store and phone service
- Entering product orders for pickup or delivery
- Preparing and providing quotes for future projects
- Assisting with store sales programs and reporting results to the Store Manager
- Reconciling cash drawers and preparing bank deposits (as assigned)
- Performing modified cycle counts and reporting low inventory
- Preparing and reviewing shipping paperwork to ensure accuracy
- Coordinating with the Store Manager, warehouse, and purchasing team to help maintain proper inventory levels
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store exterior, including sidewalks, parking areas, and displays.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office- Outlook, Word, and Excel
